Refund and Returns Policy

BridgePoint Supply is not affiliated with Amazon; however, we align our returns experience to be comparable to Amazon’s for simplicity and fairness.

1) Return window

  • Most items: returnable within 7 days of delivery.
  • Holiday purchases (optional): items delivered Nov 1–Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 15.
  • Item must be new/unused and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and UPCs/labels.

2) Non-returnable items (same spirit as Amazon)

  • Opened consumables (e.g., adhesives, lubricants, filters) and hygiene-sensitive items once opened.
  • Custom/special-order or cut-to-length items.
  • Downloadable/activation-code products and gift cards.
  • Anything marked Final Sale on the product page.

3) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, start a return within 7 days and we’ll cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement after verification.

4) Who pays return shipping?

  • Our fault (defective/damaged/incorrect): We pay—you’ll receive a prepaid label or reimbursement.
  • Changed mind / no longer needed / ordered wrong item: You pay return shipping (or we may deduct the actual return label cost from the refund if we issue the label for you).

5) Partial refunds / restocking (mirrors Amazon’s guidelines)

If the returned item shows use or is incomplete, we may apply a partial refund:

  • New, unopened, complete: 100% refund.
  • Opened but like-new, complete: up to 20% deduction.
  • Missing parts/packaging or signs of use: up to 50% deduction.
  • Returned outside the window (if accepted): up to 20% deduction.
    Items returned not in original condition or damaged by customer may be denied.

6) How to start a return (RMA required)

All returns require an RMA.

  1. Go to https://bridgepointsupply.com/contact/
  1. Choose “Order/Return.” Include order #, item, reason, and photos for damaged/defective cases.
  2. We’ll reply with your RMA and return instructions/label (if applicable).

Please do not send anything back without an RMA.

7) Refund method & timing

  • Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
  • Processing typically 3–5 business days after receipt; your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

8) Exchanges

For the fastest service, start a return per §6 and place a new order for the correct item. If the exchange is due to our error, we cover standard return shipping.

9) Refused / undeliverable packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll refund minus outbound/return shipping and any carrier fees—unless the issue was our error.

10) International orders

Return shipping, duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

11) Warranty

Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Unless stated otherwise, BridgePoint Supply does not add an additional warranty.
